610DH LCD Screen Repair Bonding Machine for FPC COF TAB PCB Combination

When you're dealing with FPC, COF, or TAB repairs on panels from 7 to 60 inches, the bonding accuracy has to hold within ±1.5μm or you'll see misalignment on the next rework cycle. We've had shops burning through hours on manual presses that just can't hold that tolerance, especially with the finer pitch COF bonds where even 0.01mm of trim error becomes visible. The 610DH uses a pulse heating system with a Siemens PID controller, so it ramps from room temp to 180°C in about 2 seconds and holds within ±0.3°C — that's tighter than most hot-bar systems we've seen.

Peak power sits at 1200W on AC220V, and the work presure range is 0.3 to 0.4 MPa, which is pretty standard for these applicaions but the real differentiator is the plane precision at 0.005 mm on the titanium alloy heat press head. That head material matters because it doesn't warp under repeated thermal cycling the way cheaper alloys do. The DELTA PLC handles the control logic, and you get a touch screen plus physical buttons — basically a backup if the screen goes down. Production capacity is roughly 100 pieces per hour for TAB bonding, give or take depending on panel size.

Positioning accuracy maxes out at ±0.5μm, but that's under ideal conditions with a properly calibrated stage — in practice, most users see around ±1μm repeatability. The microscope goes from 20x to 100x magnification, which is enough to inspect COF bonds without pulling the panel off the stage. One thing we usually have stock on is the COF trimming accuracy spec at 0.01 mm, but confirm lead time if you need a custom trim fixture. It's not suited for glass-to-glass bonding or OCA lamination — this is strictly for flex circuit and TAB repair work.

Also, machine dimensions are 1500×1200×1520 mm and it weighs 350kg, so you'll need a reinforced bench or a dedicated cart. We don't offer OEM customization on the control software, but our company can tweak the heating profile parameters in the Siemens PID loop for specific film types. Most buyers go with the standard pulse profile, but if you're working with polyimide substrates that need a slower ramp, we can adjust that before shippng.

Lead time is usually 20 business days or so, and we ship via freight with a crate — the unit comes with a COA for the temperature calibration and a basic operation manual. MOQ is one unit, but we can do a bulk discount if you're ordering 5 or more for a repair chain. The touch screen interface is in English by default, but we've done Chinese and Spanish panels on request.
