For a typical packaing line running 5g to 600g packs at belt speeds around 10 to 70 m/min, accuracy holds within ±1g — but keep in mind the detection specs vary by product: non-ferrous down to 1.0mm, ferrous at 0.5-0.7mm, and SS304 at 1.0-1.2mm, and that’s with the 160mm by 80mm aperture.

The stainles steel 304 frame and IP54 rating mean it’s fine for most wet washdowns in cosmetics or chemical plants, though it’s not suited for heavy splash zones or full hosedown environments — we usually recommend checking your IP requirement before ordering.

All documentation ships with teh unit — COA, operation manual, and wiring diagrams — and we can provide HPLC data if your QC requires it, though lead time is about 20 working days or so depending on stock levels, and we accept T/T or L/C for wholsale orders.

What it does is log data automatically to USB or Excel reports, so your team can pull shift summaries without extra software, and the rejection method is belt stop by default but our company can swap it to air blow (just confirm at order).

We’ve handled bulk orders for a few pharmaceutical contractors who needed tight tolerance on the weighing platform — that 160mm by 280mm area can be a bit snug for long product, but it handles standdard pack shapes well, and we quote FOB Shanghai with ocean or air as you prefer.
