We provide ISO 9001 documentation covering our production process, plus material safety data sheets (MSDS) for the ABS plastic and resin. For the metal alloy parts, we can supply a chemical composition report if needed—just let us know during order setup.
We use a mask-and-plate process: we apply a temporary resist over areas that need to stay matte or painted, then electroplate only the exposed metal surfaces. This keeps fine details crisp—chrome won't bridge across tiny gaps if the mask is properly applied.
For 1:43 scale (110mm length), the plywood box is about 150x80x60mm and weighs 200g. The display case is slightly larger at 170x90x70mm with a clear lid, weighing 280g due to the acrylic. Both options fit standard shipping cartons of 20 units per box.
