250 is our standard MOQ but our company can flex a bit if you're testing a market, the plush itself is premium fabric with PP cotton fill, standing animal style form 25 to 45cm depending on what you choose (customizable down to stitch pattern if you're going OEM), and we've got CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH certs ready for shiping globally.
Most buyers go with the 25cm for younger collectors or the 45cm for display pieces that really stand out, but one thing — these are hand-made with machine assistance so the lead time sits at 35-40 working days after sample approval which takes about 7-10 days, and it's better for retail than for kids under 3 who might chew on parts (the eyes are secure but not indestructible).
Sample cost is roughly $50-80 for a custom character, we ship 1PC per OPP bag as standdard but you can upgrade packging, and the whole thing rolls on a 30% deposit with 70% before shipment — usually have stock of some base designs but confirm lead time for a full custom run.
We require a minimum of 250 pieces per order to keep costs manageable. That said, we can discuss smaller runs for testing or special cases if you reach out.
Sample creation takes about 7-10 working days. Once the sample is approved, full production runs about 35-40 working days, depending on the batch size and customization complexity.
