We've put four 5-inch silent brake anti-winding casters on this frame, and they actually hold up under daily disinfectant wipe-downs without gumming up.

steel-aluminun frame mixes HDPE panels with an antibacterial surfce treatment, so it's corrosion-resistant and wipes clean in under a minute, and basically the modular design means you can adjust the side shelf height without any tools. 5 drawers come with free inserts (usually for syringes or small vials), but the inserts aren't sized for everything—check your gear.

Drawers run on three-section hydraulic damping slides, so they close quietly even if you push them a bit hard. Most buyers go with the 910mm height for standdard cart or crash cart setups, but we can change that.

OEM is straightforward—our company can swap the color or add your logo without bumping the MOQ above 1 unit, though lead time stretches to 35 days or so for a full custom run. We've done custom casters before (tighter tolerance than off-the-shelf), but you'd have to specify the brake type you need.

Shippng goes out in either a wooden crate or heavy carton, 730*470*910mm footprint, and we carry CE, ISO, and FDA certs on file. 12-month the frame and slides, though caster wear obviously varies with floor type.
