The fully automatic high-speed industrial cable cutting and stripping machine, model WL-30YJP, is engineered for precision processing of both single-core and multi-conductor cables. Equipped with a robot auto collection system, this machine ensures efficient handling and processing of wires within the size range of 6-30 square millimeters.
Key functions include cutting and stripping, with the ability to remove the outer sheath of cables without causing embossing or scratches thanks to its belt feeding mechanism. The machine supports head stripping lengths from 10-120mm and tail stripping from 10-240mm, providing flexibility for various cable processing requirements.
Driven by a 16-wheel system utilizing silent hybrid stepper motors and a servo tool holder, the WL-30YJP delivers smooth and reliable operation. The 7-inch true color touch screen display allows for easy setup and monitoring of parameters such as cutting length, which can be adjusted from 1mm to 99999.99mm with a tolerance within 0.002 times the cutting length.
Additional features include middle section stripping capability, high productivity of up to 2000 pieces per hour depending on wire size and length, and a maximum guiding pipe diameter of 16mm. The tool material is made from high-quality imported high-speed steel, ensuring durability and long service life.
This machine is designed for industrial use, offering certifications including CE, RoHS, and ISO, and comes with a 12-month warranty. It operates on a power supply of 220/110V, 50/60Hz, and is built to meet the demands of high-volume cable processing environments.
