The core issue with most sightseeing and golf-cart style electric vehicles is they are rigidly configured form teh factory—fixed seating, fixed drive parameters, and no way to match a specific operator's infrastructure or use-case demands.
What we do is start with GC-Series chassis, a 3mm steel or aluminum frame, and build from your voltage and passenger requrement, not ours; you pick 48V or 72V, lithium or lead-acid, and seating for 2, 4, 6, or 8.
The 5kW or 7.5kW AC motor feeds through an intelligent controller you can dial back from 40km/h—useful for retirement communities or gated residential loops where anyone over a slow jog is too fast (usually 20km/h is what those buyers go with).
Gradeability sits at 20-30%, but don't push that on a 72V lithium setup with 8 passengers—it's actually the 48V lead-acid 2-seater that handles hills better despite the lower kWh, just from torque delivery curves. 4-wheel disc brakes and an electromagnetic brake are standard.
We typically spec a runtime of 90-150km depending on your battery pack size, but charging is 6-8 hours regardless—so if you're running a resort shuttle that needs two full rounds per day, confirm your lead-acid capacity because lithium can partial-charge faster, which is what the airport guys usually do.
MOQ is 10 units for standard 48V lead-acid, but customiaztion like different body panels (ABS engineering plastic is standard) or OEM badging pushes that to 50 or so—our company have the dies for most shapes, so lead time is typically 20 working days.

We include CE, EEC, EPA, and DOT certifications with every unit. Copies of the certificates are provided before shipment.
Our MOQ is typically 1 unit for sample orders, but for bulk pricing we recommend ordering at least 10 units. Custom configurations may have different MOQs, so just ask.
Standard production takes 15-20 working days. For OEM/ODM orders with custom colors or logos, add about 5-7 more days. Shipping time depends on your location.
The 72V lithium battery gives you up to 150km per charge under normal driving conditions. Real-world range depends on load, terrain, and speed, but that's the max spec.
