Actually had a crew struggling with uneven glass break lines on a commercail storefront job—some pieces were 8mm thick tempered, others were standerd float glass—and the standard pliers we'd been using just weren't it consistently.
The MDQ02 through MDQ20 series covers roughly 160mm to 240mm in length, with weight varying from about 159g to 360g depending on which model you pick, and they're all forged form that steel construction so there's no wobble or flex in the jaw—the precision ground edge on these is better than most tile nippers we've tried for clean shear force on straight cuts.
We've used them mostly for glass panels and porcelain tile on facade work, but they're actually not great for thin laminated glass under 3mm because bite can be too aggressive and cause chipping along the edge (usually we switch to a finer tool for that). Teh soft rubber handles are comfortable enough for a full 8-hour shift, but in hot weather they can get a bit tacky—not a dealbreaker, just a heads-up.
OEM options are straightforward, we sent over our handle color and a custom groove profile for the jaw and turnaround was about 20 days or so, lead time depending on quantty.
