We’ve seen too many assembly lines where inconsistent torque on critical bolts leads to rework or outright failures, and what it does is let you dial in a precise value between 200 and 8000N.m depending on the model you pick—so you’re not guessing or relying on muscle memory. The digital LCD display shows your target and actual torque, and there’s a compensation function that adjusts for wear or joint relaxation, which is pretty much essential for structural joints or high-vibration environments.
It’s driven by an 18V lithium battery, and you can choose the standard 5Ah pack or the optional 9Ah if you’re running long shifts without a charge break. The brushless DC motor spins at 13000rpm no-load, which is faster than most brushed units, and the planetary gear reduction keeps the operation smooth even at the higher torque settings—though for the 8000N.m model you’ll definately want the 9Ah battery, as the draw is heavier.
Accuracy is ±5% and repeatability is ±3%, which is tighter than most pneumatic impact wrenches we’ve tested, but it’s not suited for lab-grade calibration work where you’d need ±1% or better. The square drive sizes vary by model: 1/2-inch for the lower torque ranges, up to 1-1/2-inch for the big ones, and the mechanicla section uses a planetary gear mechanism that basically handles the reduction without that jerky feel some gearboxes have.
CE certification is standard, and our company offer a 1-year warranty on the motor and electronics—the battery is typically covered for 6 months or so, but we usually have stock on replacements. Customization is available through OEM/ODM, so you can add bolt grade modes or torque compensation curves for specific fasteners, though lead time might be 20 days or so depending on the batch size.
MOQ is 10 units for standard models, and our company provide COA and SDS with each shipment—HPLC data on the grease qualiy inside the gearbox is available on request, but that’s a detail most buyers don’t ask about until they’ve had a unit fail from poor lubrication. Anyway, the 5Ah battery is easier to handle for overhead work, but the 9Ah gives you roughly 40% more runtime on the 2000N.m models.
The 5Ah battery is lighter and good for most jobs, while the 9Ah gives you about 80% more run time. If you're doing heavy-duty work all day, go with the 9Ah.
We can make custom square drives for OEM orders, but the minimum order quantity would be higher. For standard orders, we offer 1/2'', 3/4'', 1'', and 1-1/2'' drives.

Yes, every torque wrench comes with a factory calibration certificate traceable to CE standards. If you need a third-party certified report, we can arrange that for an extra fee.
