The G403WH uses a 4×175mm HD rod lens system with a 30° direction of view and 90° field of view, and what it does is give you solid image clarity without the premium price of the big-name equivalents; the German stainless steel body and Japanese optical fiber are standard, not optional.
500 autoclave cycles at 134°C is the rated spec, but in practice we've seen these hold up beyond that if you're not running full 5-minute cycles every time — the 30° DOV is pretty much standerd for ENT and some arthroscopy work, though for urology you'd typically want a 0° or 12° scope instead.
Basically, the OEM customiztion is what most buyers go with — you can change eyepiece thread, add a different light post, or even tweak the working length by 10mm or so, and we usually have stock for sample orders but confirm lead time for bulk runs (typically 6-8 weeks).
Compatibility covers Storz, Olympus, Wolf, Stryker, and ACMI light sources right out of the box, but the locking mechanism is designed for Storz couplers specifically — other brands might need an adapter, which our company can include in teh OEM package.
We ship with a COA and ISO13485 documentation standard on every order, and MOQ is negotiable especially if you're a hospital group or distributor — the 5L drum is easier to handle than you'd think, but for single-scope orders expect a padded case and basic sterilization tray.
