Had a project last quarter where teh 3-conductor layout saved us an entire re-pull because someone misread the print, and after that we basically decided to stick with the color-coded setup.
It's stranded copper, THHN-rated PVC insulation with a 90°C rating, and the bare ground gets its own kraft paper wrap so it doesn't chafe against live conductors during insallation.
UL719 certified, so you're covered for residential rough-in without having to explain anything to the inspector.
The 2-conductor comes white and black, the 3 adds red, and you can get it in 250ft or 500ft reels — most buyers go with the 500 for standerd floors.
We usually have stock on the 250ft and 500ft, but the 1000ft spools are special order and lead time is about 10-15 days or so depending on their schedule.
Not great for outdoor direct bury obviously, and don't try it in conduit fills above 40% — the flat profile jams up pretty quick.

Our MOQ is typically one full spool, which comes in either 250ft or 500ft lengths. We don't cut partial spools, so you'll need to pick one of those two sizes.
Yes, we include the UL719 certification paperwork with every order. We can also supply the ASTM B3 compliance docs for the stranded copper conductor if you need them.
Lead time is usually 7-10 business days from order confirmation for stock sizes (250ft or 500ft spools). Custom lengths or special packaging might add a few days, but we'll confirm that upfront.
Each spool is wrapped in kraft paper and then shrink-wrapped for moisture protection. The paper wrap is just a separator for the bare ground wire—it won't affect the cable's shelf life if stored in a dry area. We recommend keeping it indoors.
Yikes, the shipping was incredibly slow and poorly communicated. The delivery estimate was off by over a week, and tracking updates were sporadic at best. This caused significant delays on our job site. Regarding the product itself, the quality seems subpar upon initial inspection. The kraft paper wrapping on several spools was torn and loosely applied, which is concerning for protection during transit and storage. The copper conductors appear standard, but we haven’t proceeded with installation yet to fully test performance. Customer service has been unresponsive to our initial inquiry about the shipping delay. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and does not inspire confidence for future orders. The logistical headaches alone make it difficult to recommend this supplier for time-sensitive projects.
