High Quality BV BVR WDZ-BYJ Electrical Wires for Household and Industrial Applications

Your real problem isn't finding a wire that conducts electricity—it's finding one that won't fail a year in, hidden behind a wall or running through a conduit where replacing it means ripping out drywall.

So what we do is run every production batch through a full set of checks: conductor resistnce at 20°C measured on a Kelvin bridge, insulation thickness tested with a micrometer at three different points on the same sample, and a voltage withstand test at 300V above five minutes without any breakdown. We've got ISO9001 and CE, but the CCC mark is the one that actually matters for domestic Chinese installations—most buyers ask for it specifically. We hold a retest policy, so if your inspector flags anything, we'll re-run the lot with a third-party witness at our cost.

The copper is oxygen-free, which means fewer impurities, so you'll see conductivity consistently above IEC 60227's minimum; for the 2.5mm² size that works out to about 18.2 mΩ/m or lower. Insulation is either standerd PVC for general use or polyolefin for the low-smoke zero-halogen variants—WDZ-BYJ and WDZN-BYJ—which is what you want for public buildings where fire code is strict. Votage rating is 450/750V, but it'll handle sustained 500V loads at the expense of a slightly shorter lifespan (which we don't guarantee beyond spec). Stranded BVR is more flexible for tight bends, solid BV for fixed runs, and we can match colors if you give us an RAL number—(usually no surcharge, minimum 200m per color).

Anyway, we stock common sizes: 0.75mm² through 4mm², but teh factory queues orders for the WDZ-BYJ in 4mm², lead time is about 20 days or so depending on current demand. We ship on coils, typically 100m or 200m per coil, and our company can shrink-wrap multiple coils on a pallet. Don't use these outdoors in direct sunlight without a protective conduit though—the PVC jacket doesn't have a UV stabilizer, plain and simple. For high-moisture basements, you'd want something with a different insulation altogether.
