Been handling a lot of these KE68 blocks lately for larger gauge work and they're pretty impressive for mixed conductor jobs—the 35 to 150 mm² range covers most indutrial runs we see, copper and aluminum both fit well with the threaded screw termination and polyamide housing, which holds up fine in the temperature swings from -40°C to +80°C.

Rated current specs vary depending on what you're terminating: for copper you'll get 320A and for aluminum it's about 290A at 750V nominal, and teh 1-5 pole options mean you can daisy chain or isolate circuits as needed without too much fuss over space.

These are better than standard terminal blocks for photovoltaic and railway wiring because of vibration resisance and the 2-3 week lead time (usually), but they're not ideal for situations where you need frequent re-termination since the screw fixed contacts are a bit tedious to repeatedly torque down to 4-5 Nm.
Each block ships with a CE and RoHS compliance stamp, CQC certification for Chinese markets too, and COA confirms conforms to IEC60947-7-1 if you need that for your panel builder audit—the grey, blue, and yellow/green housings actually help a lot with phase identification under poor lighting in water treatment plants.

We typically stock the 1-pole units in grey most often, but the 3-pole blue variants get ordered quite a bit for DC side work in new energy applicaion, so check availability first if you'll need a couple hundred units or so.
Yes, it holds CE, RoHS, and CQC certifications, all compliant with IEC60947-7-1. We can share the certs with your order—just let us know.
MOQ is usually 100 pieces per pole configuration. Lead time is about 15-20 working days for standard orders, but we can adjust for larger volumes.
Absolutely. The KE68 series is available in 1 to 5 poles, and yellow/green is one of the standard color options. Just specify when you order.
With copper conductor, it's rated at 320A; with aluminum, it drops to 290A. That's because aluminum has higher resistance, so we de-rate it to stay safe.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally between -10°C and 40°C. Keep them in the original packaging to avoid dust and moisture.
