We’ve been supplying these into UK panel builds for a few years now, and the JUIK 16 holds up well under load — the nickel-plated brass conductor path gives you solid contact pressrue without teh galling you sometimes see with cheaper zinc alloys.
Rated at 800V and 101A, it handles 2.5mm² to 25mm² solid or 4-16mm² stranded, which covers most distribution and motor circuits you’d run off a NS 35 rail, and the screw cage clamp actually torques down evenly — no creeps after a thermal cycle, in our experience.
Dimensoins are 42.5mm long by 46.2mm high, only 12.2mm wide, so you can pack about 80 per meter if you’re tight on space, and the PA66 body carries a V-0 flame rating — it’ll self-extinguish, which is mandatory for most UK commercial spec (CE, RoHS, CQC, and ISO 9001 all evidence that).
We pack them at 50 per box, 1000 per carton, and typical lead time is 20 working days or so unless we pull stock; also, custom colours are availble if your MOQ justifies it — grey and blue are standdard, but we’ve done orange for marking circuits before.
One actual limit: it’s not ideal for fine-stranded control wiring under 4mm², the cage struggles to grip below that — grab a spring-clamp variant instead if you’re running 1.5mm² signal lines.

Absolutely — we can produce custom colors for larger runs. Just tell us the RAL code or send a sample, and we'll match it. Lead time may increase by about a week for color changes.
For solid wire, the JUIK 16 accepts up to 25mm², which is roughly 4 AWG. For stranded wire, the max is 16mm². The screw cage clamp ensures a tight grip for both types.
They come in boxes of 50 pieces, and 20 boxes go into a carton (1000 pieces total). Each block weighs about 21.79g, so a full carton is manageable. We can also do bulk packaging for larger orders.
