Runs at 63 amps continuous and handles 600 volts AC or DC without breaking a sweat — we’ve seen these hold up fine in both lighting panels and small motor control cabinets. The tinned brass conductor keeps contact resistance under 0.5 milliohms, which matters more than most people think when you’re stacking multiple circuits on one rail. It’s basically a distribution block for DIN rail, not a terminal strip for signal wiring.
The housing is UL94-V0 rated and the whole thing weighs practically nothing at 57.6 by 49 by 17.6 millimeters. You’ll want a screwdriver for the threaded terminals — 4 to 6 square millimeter wire fits, but anything smaller than 1.5mm² tends to slip unless you double it over. We usually stock these in gray, but the cover is hinged and removable, so you can flip it open to check connections without pulling the block off the rail. Operating temperture range is -25°C to +60°C, which covers most indoor industrial environments.
CE and RoHS certified, obviously, but don’t expect IP20 to keep out dust in a dirty panel — that rating just means finger-safe. 3,000 volts AC dielectric strength for one minute is standard for this class, but insulation resistance is typically above 1,000 megohms fresh out of teh box. The injection-molded body holds up fine under normal torque, but overtightening the screws can crack the brass insert (ask me how I know).
Not really suited for high-vibration applictions like near a conveyor drive — the screw terminals can back off over time unless you use lock washers or threadlocker. Most buyers go with single-pole version for phase distribution, but you can daisy-chain multiple blocks if you need more circuits. Lead time is usually 2-3 weeks, though we sometimes have a few hundred on the shelf ready to ship.

It's a hinged cover that you can also remove if needed. It snaps open to access the terminals, so you can wire without unscrewing it, and it stays in place during operation.
