UL94 V0 Certified MK-508 Screw Type Terminal Block Connector for Industrial Use

We've been supplying these for control panel builders and indutrial automation setups, and they pretty much cover the standard 5.08mm pitch connections you'd expect for signal and power distribution up to 300V at 10A, but the real workhorse feature is the screw crimp termination that handles wire up to 2.5mm² without fuss — it's rated UL94 V0 for a reason, as most buyers in harsh environments need that flame retardant assurance form the PA insulation.

For PCB mounting, the through-hole pins mate cleanly with standard footprint, and you'll find the tin plating on the copper alloy contacts (it's usually a 2-4 week lead time if you need a custom pin count) holds up well against corrosion in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +105°C, which is better than some polyamide blocks we've seen at this price point.

Actually, one thing you don't hear much about is that the screw terminals can be a bit tight for finer wire gauges below 0.5mm² — so if you're working with sensor leads or thermocouple wire, you'll want to check fit before committing to a 24-position block for a dense layout.

The 5.08mm pitch means you get decent creepage distance for 300V application, but don't push it past that or the polyamide might not hold up under sustained thermal cycling — we typically recommend against using these in high-vibration environments like motor drives without additonal mechancial locking.

Most orders come in the 12-position format (roughly 50 units or so per box), but we can split 2-24P depending on batch availability, and the black color seems to be the standard preference for industrial panels, though we don't have data on alternative finishes to offer.
