Titanium Pipe Fittings

Tensile strength varies from 240 to 895 MPa depending on which grade you pick, and you've got options form Gr1 through Gr12. Most buyers in chemcial processing go with Gr2 or Gr7 for corrosion resisance, but for higher strength in oil application, Gr5 is the usual choice.

Industrial Pipe Fittings

Wall thickness runs from 1mm up to 15mm, or Sch5s to Sch160 if you're working in NPS. What it does is give you flexibility for pressure ratings without having to special-order everything. We've got elbows, tees, reducers, and caps in stock for the common sizes, but custom stuff takes about 20 days or so.

Testing happens —X-ray, dye penetrate, or ultrasonic depending on the spec you need. And one thing we don't do well is large-bore threaded fittings, so if that's your thing, look elsewhere. Elongation is typically 10-30%, which matters if you're doing any forming after welding.

Surfce finish can be sand blasted, polished, or pickled—just tell us which one you want. The manufacturing process is forged or hot extrusion for, or welded for the bigger diameters. Anyway, we usually have stock for DN15-DN300, but above that, confirm lead time first.

What is the minimum order quantity for DN15 titanium fittings?

For standard sizes like DN15, we can do as low as 10 pieces per order. If you need a custom grade or wall thickness, MOQ might jump to 50 pieces depending on the material availability.

Do you provide mill test reports for Gr5 titanium fittings?

Yes, we include a mill test report with every batch of Gr5 fittings, covering chemical composition and mechanical properties like tensile and yield strength. Just let us know if you need it certified or with additional NDT results.

Can you make DN1000 Sch160 fittings with welded construction?

We can produce welded fittings up to NPS 48, but Sch160 wall thickness at that size pushes the limits of our hot extrusion process. Forged or welded are both options, but we'd need to confirm the exact dimensions to ensure the wall thickness and strength meet ASME B16.9.

How are the fittings packed for long-term storage?

We pack them in wooden crates with foam inserts to prevent scratching, and we can add VCI paper or plastic wrapping if you're storing them in humid conditions. Standard packaging is fine for dry warehouses, but just tell us your storage environment and we'll adjust.

What certifications do you have for oil and gas applications?

Our fittings meet ASME B16.9 and GB/T12459 standards, and we can provide EN 10204 3.1 certificates upon request. For specific oil and gas projects, we also offer third-party inspection reports for X-ray or ultrasonic testing if needed.
