Our titanium alloy pipe fittings are engineered for demanding industrial applications across chemical processing, oil & gas, power generation and marine industries. Manufactured to international standards including ASME B16.9 and GB/T12459, these components deliver exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.
The product line includes various elbow configurations (45°, 90°, 180°), tees, reducers, caps and special custom fittings. Available in seamless and welded construction with wall thicknesses ranging from Sch5S to Sch XXS. Surface finishes include sand blasting, polishing and pickling to meet specific application requirements.
All fittings undergo rigorous quality control including 100% X-ray inspection or dye penetrate testing. Mechanical properties exceed minimum requirements with tensile strength ranging from 240-895 MPa depending on material grade. Chemical composition is strictly controlled to ensure consistent performance.
Available materials include titanium grades Gr1-Gr12, stainless steel 304/316L/2205, and nickel alloys 200/201. Custom solutions can be developed for specialized applications with drawings provided by customers. Production capabilities include both standard sizes and large diameter custom fittings.
