The 90-degree butt weld design handles thermal cycling well, and you'll get a full-penetration weld that holds up at temperatures from -20°C up to around 600°C or so, but honestly for sustained service above 500°C the A105N starts to lose some strength — we usually recommend the stainlss grades for those hotter loops. 3. Surfce treatment depends on what you're doing with them; anti-rust oil is standard for carbon steel, but if they're going offshore or into a corrosive enviroment, hot-dip galvanized adds maybe 3-4 weeks to lead time (check with us on that). 4. We can do sizes from 1/8" all the way up to 24", and the MOQ is typically 50 pieces for standard sizes, but for custom OEM/ODM runs we'll work with you on that — just send the drawing or spec. 5.
