We usually keep a decent stock of teh common sizes like 1/4" and 3/8", but for anything above 3/4" or the bulkhead style, you're looking at about 35 days lead time — that's pretty standard for precision forged carbon steel, especially with the silver plating or galvanized finish.
What makes it worth buying is the mirror polishing on the inner cone, which basically eliminates turbulence at connection point, and that matters more than most people think when you're pushing up to 6000 psi with oil or gas.
The hexagon head means you can torque it down with a standard wrench, no special tools required, and the fully annealed tube gives it a tighter tolerance than cheaper stamped fittings, so you get reliable seal even after repeated disconnects.
It's not ideal for high-acid chemical lines, by the way — stick to water, oil, gas, or mild chemicals, and you'll be fine; the tempearture range is -20°C to 200°C, which covers most hydraulic applicaion I've seen.
You'll want to confirm the thread standard on your end, since our company offer both DIN and JIS options, and they're not interchangeable — give or take a few threads per inch, and you'll have a leak you can't fix with tape.

They’re rated for gas up to 6000 psi, but keep in mind the working pressure can vary with temperature extremes. For gas at 200°C, you might need to derate slightly—check the spec sheet for exact limits.
Galvanized gives good corrosion resistance for general use, while silver plating adds better conductivity and higher temperature tolerance. Pick galvanized for standard hydraulic jobs, silver plated for more demanding or chemical-heavy environments.
