You've probably dealt with fittings that don't quite line up on site, wasting time and material — these BIM3068 accessories are machined to tighter tolerances than most, so they actually seat cleanly into the channel without forcing.
They're availble in carbon steel or stainless steel, with HDG or powder coated finish depending on your corrosion requirement, and the thickness runs 5mm to 7mm depending on the part — we usually stock the 6mm as the default for general mounting.
What it does is handle DIN, ANSI, GB, JIS, and BSW thread standards out of the box, so you're not swapping inserts or chasing odd threads mid-job.

Packaing is carton plus pallet, strapped and shrink-wrapped — we've had a few buyers ask about individual polybagging for smaller fittings, which we can do but only on orders of 500 units or so.
Not ideal for heavy seismic bracing without checking the load tables first, since the round head style limits torque compared to a hex head in some high-vibration setups.

Yes, we include ISO 9001 certification with every order, and we can supply mill test certificates for the carbon steel or stainless steel if you need them for your project.
HDG (hot-dip galvanized) gives a thicker, rougher zinc coating for heavy-duty outdoor corrosion resistance, while powder coating offers a cleaner, more uniform finish for indoor or light-exposure jobs. Both hold up well, just depends on your environment.
They come in cartons stacked on pallets, strapped and wrapped for container shipping. We can also customize packaging—like smaller bundles or labeled kits—if your warehouse setup needs it.
