If you're sourcing fittings that don't hold up under presure or corrode too fast, we've got the range in 201, 304, 316, 304L, and 316L — pick your grade base on the environment, not price tag.
Avaliable form 1/4" up to 4", threaded NPT, BSP, BSPT, or DIN2999, and we cover elbows, tees, nipples, unions, bushings, plugs — basically everything you'd need for water, steam, air, gas, or oil lines (check your thread standard before ordering, though).
Casting or welded depending on teh model, male or female connections, and equal or reducing shapes — the 316L holds up better in chlorides than most buyers expect, but don't use 201 for high-temp steam lines, it's not suited for that.
Custom sizes or designs are fine if you send drawings, and the MOQ is usually flexible around 50 units or so for non-standard stuff — lead time is roughly 20 days or so for custom orders, but we often have stock on common sizes.
Packaging is cartons with or without pallets as you like, and we include ISO9001 certs with each batch — one thing you'd only know from handling these is the threads are cut tight, so test-fit before full assembly.
Yes, we can, but we recommend keeping each grade separate for traceability. Just let us know the quantities per grade, and we'll handle the rest.
For standard sizes, MOQ is typically 100 pieces per type. For custom designs based on your drawings, MOQ starts at 500 pieces depending on complexity.
Yes, we issue mill test certificates for all stainless steel grades including 316L and 304L. Just request them when placing your order.
Absolutely, our NPT threads follow ANSI standards and are fully interchangeable with US pipe fittings. We also offer BSP and BSPT if needed.
We pack them in sturdy cartons, either on pallets or without, depending on your needs. For sea freight, we add extra wrapping and straps to prevent damage.
