They come packed in standard cartons, about 50 to 100 pieces per box depending on size, and we can do smaller quantities if you're testing a batch.

For most industiral pipe connections, the 150LB pressure rating holds up fine, but don't push it beyond that — it’s not built for high-pressure steam lines or anything like that.

Material choice is straightforward: 201 works for dry indoor lines, 304 is the standard for general use, and 316 is what you want if chlorides or marine environments are involved. Actually, we've seen buyers in chemical processing go with 316 almost exclusively, even when 304 would technically be okay — it's just safer that way.

ISO9001 and CE certifcation is standard, and our company provide COA with each order — just request it in notes. Manufacturing is casting, which gives a consistent dimension across the run, tighter tolerance than most stamped fittings for sure.

Minimum order is 100 pieces, but we can do a sample first — roughly 2 weeks lead time for that — and if you need custom thread lengths or a specific suface finish, just ask and we'll quote. One thing nobody asks but matters: the threads are ISO standard, so they'll mate with BSPP or NPT adapters without issue, but always double-check compatibility before committing to a large lot.
