The tolerances are typically within ±0.1mm on the thread pitch and hex across the flats, which is tighter than standard pipe nipples from catalog suppliers, and that matters when you're assembling hydraulic lines or pneumatic systems where even 0.2mm of slop can cause a slow leak at 150 psi or so, in our experience.

Suface finish comes out of the machine at roughly 1.6μm Ra or better, and we offer passivation as an extra step for medical or food-grade applicaion, but that adds about 3-5 business days to the lead time depending on batch size and third-party inspection scheduling.
