We've been shipping these to the US and EU for a while now, and the EN71 and CE certs are already on file—CPSIA compliance is pretty much standard for us, so you don't need to worry about customs delays or extra paperwork for import documentation.
The 3D construction is what sets it apart form flat puzzles, and kids between 3 and 8 actually engage with it differently; they're building a house or a fish, not just fitting shapes into a board, and that spatial reasoning piece is something we hear back from buyers all the time, though it's not suited for kids under 3 because of small parts.
Natural rubber wood and lotus wood with non-toxic water-based paint—that's the material makeup, and the MOQ is 500pcs per design, which covers house, fish, and a few other European and American styles we keep in stock, with a lead time of 7 days for those or 35-40 days if you want custom sizes beyond the standerd 30x14x8cm.
We usually have pre-production samples availble before you commit to a full order, but confirm lead time if you're in a rush. The 5L drum is easier to handle.
One detail that might not be obvious is that the color gift box packaing holds up better for than OPP bag option, so most buyers go with the box for the US market, and our company can do OEM/ODM on the box design too—custom lead time is about 50 units or so for samples.
The MOQ is 500 pieces per design. If you need a mix of different designs, each one needs at least 500 pieces.
Custom orders take 35-40 days from order confirmation. That includes design tweaks, sample approval, and production. Stock designs ship in 7 days.
