What it does is handle output VSWR well—something that can kill cheaper amps—and the frequency band is fully customizable, not just locked to 1.2GHz. You can get it tuned for 5.8G, 433MHz, 315MHz, or GPS bands (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for custom freq). The 20W version runs cooler than you'd expect, but anything above 100W really needs good heatsinking; we don't recommend pushing the 200W module without active cooling for sustained operation.
