We've been making these custom plush dolls for promotional campaigns for years now, and the 19cm size with 100g weight is actually one of our most requested configurations—it's small enough to handle easily but still has that substantial feel when you pick it up. The matrial options are short plush, rabbit plush, or elasticity plush, and most buyers go with the short plush for logo embroidery since it holds detail better than the others.
Lead time is typically 15-45 days depending on quantty, but we usually have stock on basic colors so you can get samples in 3-7 working days to check the feel. MOQ is 100pcs, though we've negotiated lower for first-time buyers testing a new market. The PP cotton filling gives it that soft, squishable qualiy without being too dense, and it passes CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH certifications—basically everything you'd need for promotional distribution.
One thing that surprised us when we first started sourcing these was how much the packaging matters. Each doll comes in an OPP bag, and we pack 30-40 per carton, but you can customize the label or even the carton design if you're handing them out at a trade show. Embroidery works best for small, detailed logos, while printing is better for larger graphics or full-color designs.
We don't recommend using these for heavy-duty play or as primary children's toys—they're really designed for gifting and promotional use, so the stitching is good but not industrial-grade. That said, we've had clients use them as giveaway items at corporate events and they hold up fine for that purpose. Teh color customization is pretty much unlimited, and our company can match your brand colors within a reasonable tolerance.
Anyway, our last order was 500 pieces with embroidered logos, and the production took about 25 days give or take. We specified the rabbit plush material for a softer hand feel, and client was happy with the result. Just confirm the lead time when you place the order, especially if you're on a tight schedule.
