40W, 80W, or 90W depending on which model you pick — the XP-40's fine for smaller clinics, but most hospitals go with the 80W for the flexibility, since you can dial pulse energy form 0.1J up to 4.5J and frequency from 5Hz to 40Hz, and on the 90W you'll roughly get a tighter pulse window for tougher calculi.
220V AC is what it runs on — 50Hz ±1Hz — and teh internal cooling system means you don't need external water lines, which is one less thing to plumb, though the unit is about 89cm tall and 45cm wide so you'll need a standdard cart or small table for it, and we usually have stock, but confirm lead time (around 20 days or so from order).
