The Residual Current Breaker with Over-Current protection (RCBO) is a crucial safety device that combines the functions of a Residual Current Device (RCD) and Mini Circuit Breaker (MCB). This advanced electrical protection equipment is designed to safeguard both personnel and equipment by detecting residual currents (leakage currents) and over-currents (overloads and short circuits).
Our RCBO products feature excellent air circulation design when two poles are placed adjacent to each other, forming channels that create effective air circulation around individual poles. The bi-connect termination allows choice between busbar and cable in the same terminal, providing reliable connection options. All units are designed for easy DIN rail mounting with a two-step snapping mechanism for efficient installation.
The RCBO series includes various models with different specifications to meet diverse application requirements. These include models with rated currents up to 63A, rated voltages of 230/400V~, and pole configurations including 1P+N, 2P, 3P+N and 4P options. The breakers feature tripping curves B, C, and D to accommodate different load characteristics.
Key protection features include: residual current protection that constantly monitors current imbalance between live and neutral wires, overload protection that responds to excessive current draw, and short circuit protection that reacts to sudden current surges. These combined protections make our RCBOs ideal for residential, commercial and industrial electrical installations.
Technical specifications include rated breaking capacity up to 6000A, protection degree of IP20, and compliance with multiple international standards including CE, CB, CCC, and SAA certifications. The units are suitable for applications in solar PV systems, EV charger systems, and general power distribution networks.
Our manufacturing process includes comprehensive quality control with transient tests, delay tests, and mechanical life tests to ensure product reliability and longevity. The RCBOs are designed for top and bottom connection options and packaged in export-standard packaging to ensure safe delivery.
