180 grams is surprisingly light for something that has to survive repeated mechanical shock—the composite housing actually dampens vibration better than full metal in most cases, and we've seen these hold up through 2,000+ pulls in field testing with brush cutters running TL33 through TB52 blocks.
Air-cooled means the plastic/metal interface is designed to handle thermal cycling from engine heat soak, but don't run it on a TU52 at full throttle for 40 minutes straight without letting the starter cool—the pawl spring can lose temper if you push it, and that's not a warranty issue, it's just physics.
Basically, the cord-pull mechanism uses a one-way clutch that engages on the pull stroke and freewheels on return, so if you hear grinding instead of a clean catch, check the grease—it's usually just dried out after 6 months of storage (we recommend a light lithium-based lube every 50 hours or so).
MOQ is flexible but we usually ship in color boxes of 20 units or so, and teh dimnesions (15x9x5 cm) mean you can fit about 200 in a standard pallet layer if you're stocking for OEM service centers—just confirm lead time because the composite molding runs in batches every 6-8 weeks.
Also, compatibilty list covers TL/TU/TB series form 33cc to 52cc, but we've had buyers use it on clone engines with similar bolt patterns—just don't expect the same tolerance on non-listed models, and you'll need to verify the pawl engagement depth yourself since we don't test those.
