We’ve been shippng these dialyzers for a few years now, and they’re pretty much go-to for clinics that need reliable clearance without chasing exotic specs—the 1.4 m² to 2.0 m² surface areas cover most adult treatment protocols, and the PES membrane handles beta-2 microglobulin well (usually around 70% or so in our internal data), so you’re not losing much albumin either.

If you’re running high-flux setup, teh 1.8 m² is the sweet spot for most buyers—it balances toxin removal with a manageable priming volume, but the 2.0 m² can be a bit much for smaller patients unless you’re dialyzing longer sessions.

We’ve had a few labs try these for continuous renal replacement therapy, and honestly, they’re not ideal for that—the maximum transmembrane pressure of 500 mmHg is fine for standerd HD, but CRRT pumps can push it, and you’ll want a different membrane for that application.
