The PES membrane gives you 0.5-1.0 m² extra clearance per session compared to some older polysulfone designs, and we stock surface areas at 1.5, 1.8, and 2.0 m² (the 1.8 is the sweet spot for most adult patients). 3 years shelf life, sterile and pyrogen-free, with the polycarbonate housing holding up fine under standard pressrue ranges—just don't expect it to handle a 400 ml/min blood flow rate if your pump is finicky.
Most buyers go with the low-flux version for routine maintenance, but high-flux option actually works better for those middle-molecule removal cases where you need a tighter clearance window. It's not suited for pediatric appliction though—teh smallest suface area is still 1.5 m², so you'd need a different product line entirely for kids.
Anyway, the individual blister pack is standdard, but our company can do poly bag if you're ordering 500 units or so—just ask when you send the PO.

Each dialyzer comes in an individual blister pack or poly bag, with 20-40 units per carton. Store them in a cool, dry place below 30°C—they have a 3-year shelf life from the manufacture date.
