We’re supplying these 36V 6Ah LiFePO4 battery packs for mobility scooters and electric bikes, built with 18650 cells in a 10S2P config for steady 36V output. It hits 500+ cycles at nominal capasity, with a max continuous discharge of 15A and a peak of 20A for short bursts. The BMS handles overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overcurrent, and tempearture — basically covers the essentials.
Most buyers are retrofitting or building personal EVs like Citycoco or balance bikes, and they usually need something that fits tight compartments — dimnesions are 336×65×40mm, about 1.8kg. One thing we’ve noticed: the 30V cut-off means you’ll get decent runtime before the scooter slows down, but it’s not suited for high-draw applicaion like e-motorcycles. For typical 250W-500W scooters, it’s fine.
For US and EU orders, we provide COA and TDS with each shipment, plus MSDS for air freight compliance. We typically have stock, but lead time is 20 days or so for larger batches — MOQ is 50 units. We’ve shipped to California and Germany without customs issues, though you’ll want to confirm the battery certification for your specific region (usually CE or UL). The 12-month defects, but we don’t replace for physical damage during instalation.
MOQ is 50 units for standard orders. If you need fewer, we can sometimes work something out for sample testing.

Yes, it has an integrated BMS covering overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overcurrent, and temperature protection. Keeps the battery safe during normal use.
For an order of 50 to 200 units, lead time is around 15-20 working days after payment. Larger quantities might take a bit longer.
Store it in a cool, dry place between 0°C and 25°C. Keep it at around 40-60% charge, and recharge it every three months to avoid deep discharge.
