100A max continuous discharge is plenty for even hilly terrain, and the built-in BMS handles overcharge, overdischarge, short circuits, and tempearture automatically — you don't have to babysit it, which is nice, and operating range is 20V to 29.2V so it'll still work when things get a little cold or hot, typically from -20°C up to 65°C.
People always want to know how heavy it is — 20kg is about half what a comparable lead-acid bank weighs, and the dimensoins 33×26×37 cm mean it slots right into most carts without modifying the tray, though you might need to check teh terminal layout against your existing connections (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for custom terminal options).
We usually have stock on the standard CBGP-438 model, but if you need custom labeling or different concentration specs, our company can do that — just be aware the customiztion adds about 10 working days or so to the build, and the MOQ is typically 50 units for anything non-standard. The 5L drum is easier to handle for large orders anyway, but for single units it ships in a sturdy box with foam inserts.
One thing buyers don't always think about is the CC/CV charge mode — make sure your charger is set for LiFePO4 specifically, not generic lithium profiles, or the BMS might trip unnecessarily, and you'll need the COA to confirm the specific energy is actually 1536Wh give or take a couple percent.
