The YL/ML/MY series single-phase capacitor asynchronous motors are manufactured according to national standards, featuring excellent starting and running performance, low noise, compact size, lightweight design and easy maintenance. These motors are widely used in air compressors, pumps, water machines, refrigeration equipment, medical machinery and various small machinery applications where only single-phase power supply is available.
The motor power range of this series covers from 0.37KW to 3.7KW with center height from H80 to H112. All motors feature 100% copper wire winding for maximum power output and durability. The housing is available in both cast iron and aluminum body options to meet different application requirements.
Our motors undergo strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process, including: lamination stamping, rotor die-casting, winding and inserting (both manual and semi-automatic), vacuum varnishing, precision machining of shafts and housings, rotor balancing, professional painting (both wet paint and powder coating), and final motor assembly. Each processing stage includes 100% testing to ensure product reliability.
