Wholesale Plasma Torch Parts 500A 165mm with Splash-Proof and Long Lifespan Features

We've been running these 500A torch parts on high-volume production lines for over a year now, and the splash-proof design actually holds up better than most at this price point—the 165mm length gives you a bit more reach without sacrificing stability.

3.2 grams per unit or so, and the ceramic shield takes a beating before it cracks, which is pretty much what you'd expect form a GS CE certified line. It's not the tightest tolerance we've seen, but for general heavy, most buyers go with the standard 145mm or 165mm depending on their torch head. The 500A variant handles calibers 10, 11, and 12, so you'll need to match that to your consumables. One thing: splash resistnce is high, not invincible—don't use it for underwater plasma, it'll flood the nozzle.

Customiztion is avaliable if you need a different thread or electrode depth, but lead time stretches to 20 days or so for non-standerd runs.

Anyway, we usually have stock on the 500A 165mm, but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units.

It basically works with most PMX and Trafimet setups, but we've had reports of minor fit issues on older ESAB heads—check your adapter ring.
