When your custmer is 16mm plate with a PCH/M-120 torch and the arc starts wandering, they’ll blame nozzle before anything else — this 20-1210 model with a 2.0mm hafnium insert is what we’ve been shipping for that exact scenario, and it’s air-cooled so it won’t overheat on long cuts.

We’ve got RoHS, CE, and ISO9001 on file, but honestly the real test is whether it holds up on natural gas at 3.5 to 5.5 bar — most buyers go with the multiple flame setup for thicker steel, and it handles >15mm without much fuss (check your gas purity though).

It’s basically a balanced pressrue type, which means the gas mix stays stable even when you’re pushing the torch hard, and the copper body pulls heat away fast enough that you don’t get that annoying droop at the tip.

Also, it’s not for thin sheet under 3mm — the multiple flame pattern will blow right through and leave a ragged edge, so tell your guys to switch nozzles for light work.

They come 5 pieces per box, then packed in cardboard boxes on pallets for transport. That keeps them safe during shipping.
It's designed for 3.5 to 5.5 bar. Running it outside that range can affect performance or shorten the nozzle life.
