Our electrode nozzle is specifically designed for compatibility with Thermal Dynamics PCH/M-120 plasma cutting systems. It features an air-cooled design that enhances durability and performance during prolonged use. Constructed from high-quality copper, this nozzle ensures efficient heat dissipation and extended service life, making it ideal for industrial plasma cutting applications.
This electrode nozzle is engineered to meet rigorous standards, with certifications including RoHS, CE, and ISO9001. It supports a maximum welding thickness of over 15mm and operates with natural gas as the combustible fuel. The balanced pressure type design allows for stable and precise cutting, while the multiple flame configuration provides versatility across various materials and thicknesses.
In addition to the standard model, we offer customization options for OEM requirements, including logo placement on packaging. Each unit is packaged securely in cardboard boxes, with 5 pieces per box, ensuring safe delivery and storage. Our factory has been producing welding and cutting components since 1988, emphasizing strict quality control from raw material selection to final inspection.
