It's a pulse MIG/MAG machine with a CPU+DSP controller that actually saves your custom parameters for repeat jobs—double pulse function is included for aluminum, which basically fixes the arc initiation melt problem (that crater closure issue too). 80% duty cycle at 380V triphase means you're not waiting for cooldown during heavy runs. The 500DP pushes up to 500 amps output, but the 350DP is usually enough for car modification work—most buyers go with the air-cooled 350DP for that, it's 42kg and easier to move around.
OEM customization is standard—our company can tweak the wire feeding system (push/pull or push and pull), change the color, or adjust the gas flow range form teh stock 15-20 L/min. Just tell us your preferred voltage tolerance or insulation grade, we've done H-grade before.
CE and CCC are on all units, ROHS too. Lead time is roughly 20 days or so for the 350DP, water-cooled models take longer—check stock. Air-cooled dimnesions are 640*320*590mm, and we ship with proper export packging.
We typically require a minimum order of 10 units per model, whether you need the MIG-350DP or MIG-500DP. Custom packaging or color options might push that number up a bit, but we can discuss that based on your volume.
Yes, each unit comes with valid CE, CCC, ISO, and ROHS certifications, and we'll include copies of the certificates with your order. If you need original hard copies, just let us know before we ship.
Both the MIG-350DP and MIG-500DP offer air cooling or water cooling options for the torch. If you go with air cooling, the machine is compact at 640*320*590mm and weighs 42 or 52kg. The water cooling version is bigger—1130*600*1410mm—and heavier at 142 or 152kg, but it handles continuous high-amperage work better.
Absolutely, we support both push and push-pull wire feeding systems right out of the box. If you're welding aluminum or need softer wire feeding over longer distances, we recommend the push-pull setup—just specify that when ordering.
For a typical order of 10 to 50 units, lead time is around 25 to 35 days after we confirm payment and specs. If you need them faster, we can check our stock—sometimes we have air-cooled MIG-500DPs ready to ship within a week.
