So you're probably looking at other machines in this range and wondering if the 250A is enough for your shop floor stuff without the hassle of three-phase power, and honestly it's pretty much the sweet spot for most fabrication work we see come through.
It runs on standard single-phase 220V which makes a huge difference for smaller workshops that don't have the heavy electrical upgrade done yet, and the 60% duty cycle at full output means you can run a decent bead without babysitting it every few minutes.
The separate wire feeder is actually the part that matters more than most people realize at first, because the SB-10 250A unit lets you position the machine itself somewhere out of way while you're moving around the workpiece, and that adjustable feeding speed from 2.5 to 18mm gives you fine control on thin matrial.
You'll be able to weld down to about 0.8mm plate thickness with this — we usually see guys using it for automotive body panels or light strucutral stuff — but just keep in mind that it's air cooled so extended runs at the top end will trigger the thermal protection around the 10-minute mark or so.
We can do custom packaging if you're ordering a container quantty, typically 50 units or so, and the CE and CCC certifications are current so you won't have trouble with customs clearance in most markets.
Lead time is usually 20-25 working days for a standard order, but if you need a sample our company can pull one form the next production run pretty easily — just confirm the voltage variant you need because the AC220V spec is for the European market and we do have 110V versions on request.
It can weld down to 0.8mm steel, so thin sheet work is fine, but you'll want to dial the settings low to avoid burn-through.
For this model, our MOQ is 10 units per order. We can mix colors or packaging if needed, just let us know.
It comes with CE, CCC, and SGS certifications, so you're covered for EU and Chinese markets. We can provide copies of the certificates with your shipment.
The feeder is separate—it's the SB-10 250A model, so you get more flexibility for positioning, especially on larger fab jobs.
