VET800 is what most clinics end up using after trying cheaper handheld units that just can't handle an agitated horse or a nervous cat, and teh 4.3-inch IPS touch screen makes menus actually faster than pressing tiny buttons on those lesser models—we've seen quite a few come back form clinics that switched.
It measures SYS up to 270mmHg for large animals and 200mmHg for small ones, with presure accuracy within ±3mmHg, which matters more than you'd think when you're monitoring an animal under anesthesia where even a few points off can change your dosing decision, and pulse rate accuracy is ≤2% bpm or 2 beats/min, so it's tight.
You get 5 cuff sizes included (usually covers everything from a Chihuahua to a draft horse), and the rechargeable battery runs off 7.4V with 2.6Ah capacity, so about a full day of heavy use before it needs charging, but that takes 7 hours, so plan accordingly.
Basically works for spot checks or continuous monitoring, stores data for up to 50 animal IDs with 200 measurements each in spot mode or 1000 in monitor mode, and data outputs via USB, Bluetooth, or WiFi, though the WiFi setup can be a bit fiddly (check the manual for that part).
We usually stock these in green and blue rubber casings, but honestly most buyers go with the blue one as it shows dirt less, and OEM customization is avaliable if you're ordering 100 units or so—lead time about 30 days then.
What it's not great for is extremely small pocket pets like hamsters or birds, as the smallest included cuff is still a bit bulky for that, but for dogs, cats, horses, cows, and most zoo animals it's spot on, and we throw in a full set of COA with each unit.

SpO2, temperature, EtCO2, and ECG are optional parameters—they require additional modules that are sold separately. The base unit measures blood pressure and pulse rate only.
Store it in a dry place between -20°C and 65°C with humidity below 90% (no condensation). The rechargeable battery takes 7 hours to fully charge and is fine for daily use—just avoid letting it drain completely for long periods.
