MOQ at 1g is actually useful for a small-scale pilot, but most buyers go with the 5g or 10g option once they confirm the consistency, and custom packging is available if you need specific vial sizes. We usually have stock ready to ship within a week, but confirm lead time for anything over 50g or so.
GMP and ISO cerification are standard claims, but what matters is that the facility is audited annually, and we've seen the audit reports for the past three years—no major deviations. The retest period is 24 months, but we retest at 18 months anyway because humidity in our storage area is a variable we don't fully trust.
One thing you don't think to ask: the powder is hygroscopic, so once you open the vial, use it within a few days or aliquot immediately under inert gas. It's not suited for long-term bench storage in a humid lab environment, and that's just a fact of handling NAD+ in this form.
Also, the solubility in water is good up to about 50 mg/mL at room temperature, but you'll get better results if you warm the solution to 37°C briefly—don't exceed 40°C or you risk deamidation. We had a postdoc ignore that and ended up with a cloudy solution, which was a waste of a 500mg vial.
