It runs at 220V with 4.5A current, pushing 80-150 Bar out of a copper pump head — that's usually 10-15L/min depending on teh nozzle, and round water column one gives you an 8-12 meter spray distance.
The inlet water temp maxes at 40°C so don't feed it hot water, and the whole thing is movable at 41x21.5x37cm with 7m outlet and 1.8m inlet hoses, which is pretty standerd for this class.
Certifications are CE, CB, ETL, RoHS, UR — basically the paperwork you need for most markets, though warranty is just 1 year so check that against your usage cycle.

Yes, the flow rate changes with pressure. At lower pressure around 80 Bar you'll get closer to 15L/min, and at max 150 Bar it drops to about 10L/min.
