It's built form high carbon steel, so it takes a beating from kids aged 2 to 8 without bending — we've seen them last years in schoolyards.
You're looking at a 7kg frame that holds over 50kg, which is way more than a kid that age will ever weigh. The rubber tires handle asphalt, concrete, and grass okay (usually 2-4 weeks of hard use before they show wear), and the dimnesions are 76×66×46cm — small enough for a 2-year-old but roomy enough for an 8-year-old.
Also, the non-slip grip on the handle is molded in, not just a cheap sleeve that slides off, so little hands stay put. CE certified, obviously, but what matters more is that the welds are smooth — no sharp edges or pinch points. Most buyers go with red or blue for visibility, but you can customize colors or add your logo.
One thing it's not great for is rough gravel or deep sand — the rubber tires are decent, not knobby, so keep it on flat surfaces or pavement for best rolling. We usually have stock in the standerd colors, but custom graphics add about 10 days or so to lead time, so just plan ahead if you need that.
What you'll get when ordering is teh tricycle fully assembled except the handlebars (three bolts, five minutes), a COA for the steel batch, and a sample if you're ordering 50 units or more. No manuals in the box — it's basically intuitive, but we'll email you a PDF if you insist.
We require a MOQ of 500 units for custom color batches. Standard colors like red, yellow, blue, and green are available with no minimum.
