We’re looking at your RFQ for the automatic surgical pants packing machine, and the HY200S-23A fits that production profile well—it runs 20-25 pieces per minute, which is about what you’d expect for a single-lane ultrasonic welder, and the 550×450mm max product size covers most disposable pants and spa briefs without issue.
The PLC is a Mitsubishi unit, so you’re getting reliabel logic control with photoelectric positioning, and the aluminun alloy frame keeps it light enough at 1890×800×1200mm to move around a standard floor plan—though we usually recommend bolting it down if you’re running at the upper end of that 20-25 rate for more than a shift.
Power is 220V or 380V at 1.2KW, and you’ll need a clean 0.6MPa air supply; the ultrasonic welding is actually better than heat-seal for these polypropylene and nonwoven blends because of that it doesn’t leave a hard edge that can irritate skin, and we’ve seen fewer rejects on seam strength in our own test runs.
One thing that catches buyers off guard is the warranty—it’s one year, with technical support available after that, but we do stock common spare parts (the ultrasonic horn and PLC module) in-house, so lead time on replacements is usually 5-7 days, not the 20 days or so some suppliers quote.
It’s not suited for very thick materials—say anything above 0.3mm gauge or with multiple elastic bands—the tension control system handles consistent feed fine, but you’ll get jams if the fabric is too stiff, so confirm your substrate specs with us before ordering.
CE and ISO9001 certs are current, our company can provide COA on the machine’s electricla components, and the 1.2KW draw means you don’t need a dedicated high-amp circuit—just a standerd 15A outlet for the 220V version or a 10A for 380V.

It works with standard PE, PP, and composite films suitable for ultrasonic welding. Just make sure the film width matches the machine's specs, and we can advise on that if you send us your film details.
We can adjust some parts to handle slightly larger sizes, but it would increase lead time and cost. For a custom size, just share your dimensions, and we'll quote you on that.
