The customizable molds usually take about 20 days or so to fabricate once we confirm your boot cover dimensions. MOQ is one unit, and we ship it crated with the ultrasonic generator as a separate box (check lead time on that if you're outside major port cities). We don't recommend running this for thin 20gsm material—the ultrasonic horn tends to burn through rather than weld cleanly at that gauge.
