Most guys who call me are frustrated with machines that can't handle both metals and plastics on the same line, and honestly that's where this one actually delivers.

We've got three power options—20W, 30W, or 50W—and the beam quailty is M2<1.3 so it stays tight even at 100% power adjustment (you can dial it form 10% to 100% continuously), and the spot diameter is under 0.01mm which matters when you're marking tiny serial numbers on curved surfaces.

It'll do 800 characters per second at 1.2mm depth, but what it does is maintain ±0.003mm repeatability over an 8-hour shift—power stability is under ±1% RMS so you don't get those faint marks halfway through a batch. 100,000 hours on the laser module, air-cooled, no chiller maintenance headaches.
Teh engraving range is 400x400mm standard but our company can customize that if you're working on bigger parts—usually takes 20 days or so for a custom field size. Most buyers go with the 50W for stainless steel or anodized aluminun, but the 20W is better for thin plastics or coated surfaces where you don't want burn-through.

It's not suited for deep engraving on hardened tool steel—you'd need a higher-powered CO2 or a different wavelength for that. Anyway, we ship with a Windows 10 controller, CE and FDA certs, and COA covers the beam profile and power output (check lead time on that, we usually have stock but confirm).

MOQ is one unit, packaing is plywood crate with foam inserts, and we ship via sea or air depending on your timeline—roughly 30 days or so for sea freight.
The main difference is the laser power: 20W, 30W, and 50W. Higher wattage allows faster marking and deeper engraving on harder materials, so 50W is best for production speed, while 20W works well for lighter-duty jobs.
We typically require an MOQ of 1 unit for standard models, but custom orders may have different terms. Just let us know your needs and we can discuss.
Lead time is usually 7-15 working days for stock models, depending on your location and any customization. We'll confirm the exact timeframe after your order.
Yes, it's CE and FDA certified. We provide the certification documents with each shipment to help with customs clearance or regulatory requirements.
Absolutely, we offer customization for larger marking fields. Just tell us your required dimensions, and we'll adjust the specs accordingly—though this may affect lead time and pricing.
