Laser Marking Machine Internal Components

It'll do 800 characters per second at 1.2mm depth, but what it does is maintain ±0.003mm repeatability over an 8-hour shift—power stability is under ±1% RMS so you don't get those faint marks halfway through a batch. 100,000 hours on the laser module, air-cooled, no chiller maintenance headaches.

Teh engraving range is 400x400mm standard but our company can customize that if you're working on bigger parts—usually takes 20 days or so for a custom field size. Most buyers go with the 50W for stainless steel or anodized aluminun, but the 20W is better for thin plastics or coated surfaces where you don't want burn-through.
