We’ve built these with 304-grade stainles steel for the frame and drawer fronts, so they hold up to daily disinfectant sprays without pitting or rusting. The 35kg capacty is enough for a defibrillator, a few oxygen tanks, and a full set of crash cart drawers—though if you’re loading heavy infusion pumps, stick with the stainless shelves rather than the painted ones.

Three drawers and multiple shelves are standerd, but the real trick is the drawer dividers (which we include) and the fact that the top shelf has a raised edge to keep bottles from sliding off during a rapid move. The two buckets are actually 5L polypropylene, not stainless—they’re lighter and quieter when you’re tossing sharps or wrappers. Most buyers go with color-paint option for the drawers because of that it reduces glare under surgical lights, but the all-stainless version is easier to keep spotless if you’re doing daily COA checks.

The wheels are 100mm dual-caster with brakes on all four—pretty much standard for ICU carts, but we’ve seen some competitors only brake two. The L640*W450*H810mm footprint fits through standard ICU doorways (usually 800mm wide) and under most over-bed tables. We can do OEM with your logo on the side panel and drawer fronts, but the MOQ for custom paint colors is 50 units or so—lead time is roughly 4-6 weeks for that.

CE and ISO13485 are both active, and our company provide a 1-year warranty that covers structural defects—but not wheel wear or drawer slide damage from overloading. It’s basically a workhorse trolley. You don’t need to worry about the welds cracking, but the drawer slides are ball-bearing, about 20,000 cycles, so if you’re slamming them shut all day, you’ll get maybe two years before they start feeling loose. We’ve had some buyers swap in heavier-duty slides themselves, which is fine—the frame drillings are standard 32mm pitch.

Anyway, if you’re ordering for a new ICU wing or replacing old plastic carts, this is the one we usually stock. The 1-year warranty is pretty standard for this class, but our company can extend it to 2 years if you’re buying a full pallet (usually 12 units). Just confirm lead time—we’ve got about 200 in the warehouse right now, but the painted ones move faster than the all-stainless.
We don't have a fixed MOQ for standard orders, but for OEM/ODM with custom color paint, we typically ask for 50-100 units per batch to keep the cost reasonable. For standard stainless steel, we can start with smaller quantities—just reach out and we'll work it out.
Lead time for custom color paint is about 25-30 days after order confirmation. Standard stainless steel models ship faster, usually within 15 days. We'll confirm the exact timeline once we finalize your design specs.
Yes, we include CE and ISO13485 certificates with every shipment. Just let us know upfront and we'll email you the copies in advance for your audit. They're standard for all our medical trolleys.
The 35kg capacity is the total load for the whole trolley, including items in all 3 drawers and on the shelves. The structure itself can handle that fine, but we don't recommend overloading it to keep the smooth-rolling wheels working well.
We pack each trolley in a sturdy carton with foam padding and a wooden crate for extra protection on sea freight. The wheels are secured separately, and we've shipped hundreds without damage issues. We can also add custom packaging if needed.
