Usually runs about 95% or higher by HPLC, and we get COA with every batch—standard lead time is 2-4 weeks (but I’d confirm stock before placing if you need it faster).
Lyophilized powder format, so you’ll want to reconstitute in water or the specified buffer; storage at -20°C or below is non-negotiable for stability, especially for longer-term projects.
GMP and ISO 9001 certification is in place, and they’ll run MS alongside HPLC on each lot, which pretty much covers purity and sequence verification for most research appliction.
One thing we don’t use this for is in vivo work where endotoxin limits are critical—it’s strictly bench-grade for in vitro studies, so keep that in mind if your protocol shifts.
We’ve got custom modifications avaliable (acetylated, amidated, biotinylated), and scalability from mg up to kg, which is better than reagent-grade supliers for tight tolerance needs.
Also, the 1g vials are easier to handle than teh bulk drums, and the dryness residue form lyophilization is typically under 1%—just a detail you wouldn’t think to ask but saves a headache during weighing.
