We're ordering the JR8050 for the smaller fields we've got on the west side, the 18-35HP PTO requrement matches our older tractors pretty well, and the bale density being adjustable means we can dial it in for the wheat straw we mostly handle — the loose inside/tight outside structure is what you want for airflow during storage, keeps mold from forming on the inner layers.
It's basically a semi-automatic round baler, so you still have to monitor the pickup and tie-off, but the work efficieny of 4000-6000 m²/h is fine for our 15-acre patches, and bale weight range of 15-40kg is manageable by hand if we need to stack them without a loader.
The steel frame is high-strength, and we've got the ISO9001 cert on file, but what I actually noticed from the spec sheet is the machine weight is only 520-820kg depending on configuration, which means our company can tow it with the smaller tractor without worrying about ballast issues.
One thing it's not suited for is wet or muddy conditions — the pickup tines will clog if the straw is damp, and the bale density adjustment won't compensate for moisture content above about 18% or so, so we'll only run it on dry days.
The 1-year warranty is standerd, but we usually have stock on the JR8050 model, so lead time is about 20 days or so — confirm with the suppiler before ordering though, and they'll send a COA with the machine showing teh steel grade and weld inspection results.
The JR8050 works best with 18-35HP tractors, while the JR1070 requires 25-50HP. Just match your tractor's PTO output to the model you pick.
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit, so you can order just one machine to test it out before committing to more.
Lead time is typically 15-30 days from order confirmation, depending on stock. We'll give you a firm date once your order is placed.
Yes, every baler ships with ISO9001 certification papers included. Just let us know if you need additional copies for customs or your records.
Absolutely, the bale density is fully adjustable. You can tweak it on the fly to get the right density for wheat straw, pasture, or whatever you're baling.
