We've been running these for years across different lines, and it's basically a workhorse for stand-up pouches doing 2.5 seconds per lane give or take, with a PLC touchscreen that's pretty intuitive even for new operators.
It handles 50ml to 5000ml containers with that ±0.5% accuracy—which matters more for expensive cosmetics or pharmaceuticals than for basic cleaning chemicals—and nozzle count goes from 2 up to 12 depending on how many lanes you need, usually configured at 4 or 6 for most buyers.

2000 containers per hour is the top end, but we typically see 1000-1500 in practice with heavier pastes or thicker liquids, and the 304 stainlss contact parts make clean-up straightforward between batches of food, beverages, or even chemicla formulations.
One thing you don't often think about is the air presure requrement at 0.5-0.7MPa—if your facility runs low, you'll need a booster or it'll trip the fill cycle mid-run, which we've seen happen more than a few times.

The IP54 rating means it's fine for most production floors but not for washdown environments, so if you're doing wet processing or high-humidity stuff, you'll want to keep that in mind.
Warranty runs 12 months (check lead time on spare parts though, they're usually 20 days or so) and the 380V three-phase power with 3kW draw means you'll need to plan the electrical hookup before install.
Nozzle quantity is set during manufacturing based on your order — it's not adjustable after delivery. We offer 2 to 12 nozzles, so just let us know your target output when you place the order.
We supply a CE certificate, a factory test report, and a wiring diagram. If you need specific documents like an FDA declaration or material certificates for the 304 stainless steel, just tell your sales rep and we'll include them.
The 2.5 seconds per lane is the cycle time for a single lane to fill and seal one pouch. So with a 2-nozzle setup, you'd get roughly two pouches every 2.5 seconds, which works out to the 1000-2000 pouches per hour range.
Standard machines with 2-4 nozzles ship in about 15-20 working days. For custom nozzle setups like 8 or 12, lead time extends to around 25-30 working days because we need to adjust the filling manifold and test it.
Keep it in a dry, indoor area with temperature between 5°C and 40°C, and make sure the hopper and contact parts are cleaned and dried first. Cover it to avoid dust, and if storing longer than a month, drain any residual liquid from the pipes.
