Honestly, the plastic housing is the first thing people ask about, and it’s not what you’d expect on a heavy-duty blower, but here’s teh thing — we’ve been selling these for years and the cast iron blades do all the real work, so the plastic shell keeps it light at just 4.0kg and won’t rust out in humid environments.
It’s a medium pressure unit, so if you need to push air through long duct runs or high static pressrue filters, this isn’t your best bet, but for general ventilation, fume extraction, or cooling cabinets? Most buyers find it handles those jobs better than a lot of the all-metal units that cost twice as much.
You’re looking at 250W with a 1.25A draw at 220V, and our company can customize the voltage if you need 110V or other configurations — (usually 2-4 weeks lead time on that) — the copper winding motor keeps it under 70dB, which is quieter than you’d think for something moving this much air.
That 1-year manufacturing defects pretty straightforwardly, though what it doesn’t cover is abuse form running it without proper inlet filtration, which is something we see from shops that just bolt it on and forget about it.
We’ve got CE, RoHS, UL, EMC, and LVD certs on file, so you won’t have compliance headaches, and the OEM/ODM side is where we actually shine — we’ve done custom voltage, different mounting brackets, even special paint colors for a food plant once, so just tell us what you need and we’ll usually have a solution within 50 units or so.
For standard units, lead time is around 15-20 working days. If you need custom voltage or branding, add about 5-7 days for production.
